Welcome to the central hub for the LI KNIGHTS FOOTBALL fall 2026 season. American Youth Football (AYF) maintains strict documentation and safety standards to ensure fair play, age compliance, and player safety across all local, regional, and national events.

Completing this checklist isn't just paperwork—it is what keeps our athletes eligible to take the field. Every document, certification, and training certificate listed below must be completed, printed single-sided, and physically handed in before our official league book certification deadline

AYF Compliance Requirements for Athletes and Coaches

Step 1 - Download and Print (single sided) the Registration Packet - Athlete Participant Packet

Parents & Athletes

Step 2 - Get medical clearance - Medical Clearance

Must be signed and stamped by a licensed physician after January 1 of the current season.

Step 3 - Gather Supporting Documents

  1. Birth Certificate (color copy required)

  2. State ID (color copy required)

  3. Recent Wallet Sized Photo (color passport style photo)

Step 4 - Submit All Copies and Athlete Packet to your team manager.

Coach Certification & Requirements

All football coaches must complete league certifications before stepping onto the field. Submit physical printouts or your certificate to your team manager or head coach for the team book.
